Payroll Consultant in Expatriate Payroll

About the Role

As a Payroll Consultant in Expatriate Payroll, you will combine traditional payroll management with specialist expertise for international personnel. You will be part of our dedicated team of 18 employees with varied backgrounds in tax law and payroll management. Together, we assist our clients with everything from employer registration, ongoing payroll management, and tax assessments (e.g., SINK, expert tax, adjustments) to the calculation of social fees and income tax returns.

Who Are You?

A suitable background for the position is that you:

  • have worked with payroll for at least 4–6 years
  • have relevant education in payroll management or equivalent experience
  • have experience interpreting laws and agreements
  • are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented. You thrive on responsibility, enjoy building customer relationships, and are an unpretentious team player who contributes to the team's collective success.

Practical Information about the Position

  • Scope: Full-time
  • Start Date: By agreement
  • Location: Primarily in Stockholm, but there is an opportunity to work from another location in Sweden
